Returns Policy

  1. Any product found to be faulty in manufacturer or incorrectly personalised will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer including any shipping or packing costs.
  2. In accordance with the current UK distance selling regulations any product that has been created as a bespoke product and has been manufactured in strict accordance with the customers instructions may not be returned unless is faulty in accordance with item 1 above.
  3. Where a return is required you should request a return authorisation and a carriage paid label.
  4. When an item is not personalised but is not as you wished or you simply have changed your mind this can be returned at your own cost. When a saleable item, including original gift packaging, is received at our office we will issue a refund
  5. Our returns policy is active for a period of 30 days from the date your goods were received. For periods outside of this time limit please contact us and we will endeavour to help where we can.
